FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does shipping take?

Our processing time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Shipping within Germany takes 3 to 5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

2. What shipping methods are available?

We offer free shipping within Germany. The shipping method depends on the weight of the product. Shipping abroad is not currently possible, but is planned for the future.

3. Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept PayPal . You will be automatically redirected to PayPal during the ordering process.

4. How does the return work?

You can return products free of charge within 14 days of delivery – but only if they are damaged and unused . Returns due to dissatisfaction or used products are excluded. For legitimate returns, we offer either a refund or a replacement.

5. How do I contact customer service?

6. Can I change my order later?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. Changes are not possible once the order has been shipped.

7. Are there gift vouchers?

No, we do not currently offer gift vouchers.
